The Agriculture Division was formed in 1998 to create new products for the support and enhancement of sustainable agriculture. The Precious Metals Division was formed in 2002 after the discovery of a number of synergies with agricultural resources and processes, providing corporate diversification in two of our most important industries.      .
Mission. The Company strives to be an industry leader in the application of innovative technologies for the recovery of precious metals from company-owned and third party ore resources and the development of agricultural products to enhance plant growth, yields, and quality. Social, company, and shareholder value is created by operations which are environmentally responsible and fully utilize natural resources, incorporating policies that both emphasize and promote loyal customer and employee relationships.      .
Strategy. Primary activities are currently focused on the Precious Metals Division. While a complete product line has been developed for Agriculture, metals recovery will drive growth, providing the financial strength to support efforts necessary to penetrate an agricultural marketplace dominated by a very small number of industry powerhouses.       .
